Having grown up in southeastern Los Angeles County, Paul Conti is intimately familiar with the best places to live in the region, and with what it takes to get a home purchased or sold.
Paul holds a Bachelor Degree in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, and has over 18 years experience in advertising, marketing and sales. He joined Grubb & Ellis, one of the nation's largest commercial real estate brokerages, in 2000, where he and a multi-million dollar-producing team specialized in selling major shopping centers. Paul built strong relationships with some of the largest shopping center investors in the country, including executives investing for major pension-fund holders. Paul was widely recognized for his sharp communication and selling skills.
By 2002, Paul decided he could better build his business by helping people in the purchase and sale of what is usually the most important thing to them and their families: their own homes. He joined Prudential California Realty as a Buyer Specialist Realtor and after only ten months was appointed Branch Manager of the San Pedro office, where he made great strides in hiring new agents and expanding their training programs. Although the company directors hoped Paul would continue in management, by early 2004 he chose to concentrate on expanding his business representing buyers and sellers. Paul's primary focus is the west Orange County and southeast Los Angeles County area. He has represented buyers, sellers and both in the sale of single family homes, condo/townhomes, multi-unit apartment buildings, and vacant land investments. Paul also serves as Sales Trainer for the Prudential California Realty Long Beach/Orange County office, and has been a personal factor in the early success of many new agents to the office. To this day, Paul strives consistently to provide top quality service to his buyer and seller clients.
